You’re welcome, Lisa. I’m sorry I’m just now finding this reply you sent. I’m glad to hear you’re doing better. Let me know please, if you watched the movie I told you about. And congrats on Zack getting accepted into the military! I’m sure he’s on cloud nine right now being this is something he’s wanted for so long. I’ll be praying for his safety. I can only imagine as a mother, how much you’ll be concerned about such. As with your health, God has you both in His hands and we just have to trust in that. I’ll be sure to pray about the others you mentioned, too. To God be the glory!

Oh, sweet Joanna … your message ‘does’ help – gives me more hope that things will get better. Yeah, I’ve been wondering the same thing … if I inhaled some sort of fungus or mold while out camping. That’s when it all started, and it’s been downhill ever since. I’m very very anxious for Wednesday to get here. Thank you so much for praying for me … that really does mean a lot to me. I’m terrible at praying for myself … because God tells us He knows what our needs are and not to pray for them, so I usually don’t pray for myself – I just pray for others. Although, I’ve cried out to Him in a midst of an attack for help. He gets me through it though. Thank you so much for your understanding and assurance. Love you too!!

Dearest Lisa…this just breaks my heart to read. But, I totally understand where you’re coming from. I had asthma really bad as a child, especially when I was real little. And I know the panic and fear that over takes you when you’re in the midst of an attack. You DO feel like you’re going to die. It’s left me with a life time fear of being short of breath. Fortunately for me, I’ve pretty much out grown it. The only time mine bothers me now is if I get a really bad cold or bronchitis. You’ve been battling this for so long now…it’s quite understandable that you’ve reached this point. I’m so sorry for that…I so wish there was something I could do or say to ease your suffering. I’ve been praying for you. But, after reading this…I know now more specifically what to ask God for concerning you. And don’t beat yourself up for the “what if” thoughts, those are legitimate questions to ask yourself, anyone would in your situation. I’ve thought a lot about this and wondered if it might be from you inhaling some sort of spore like a fungus while out camping last. That seems to be when this onset for you. But, I would think they’d tested you for such when you were hospitalized. I still have to wonder though. Maybe they missed something? Lord willing, the Pulmonologist will be able to get to the bottom of what’s causing this. Possibly it could be as simple as an allergic reaction to something in your household (or a food, etc.). One can go their whole life without having such an allergy and all of a sudden one day find themselves to be reacting to something they once didn’t. I could go into much more detail about such, but I’ll spare you that. I would’ve called to discuss this with you, but I know it gets you winded trying to talk, thus why I wrote instead. Hang in there kiddo…it’s GOT to get better! And know you’ve got someone in your “corner” who’s rooting for you…and praying fervently! And please let me know what you find out Wednesday. If I can be of help to you and your family in any way…I’m here. *Gentle hugs* I love you!

We're all doing fairly well here, just older dealing with some vision issues myself for the most part. My baby just turned 4 last month and is no baby anymore. I sent an email to the last address I had of yours with additional contact info.
